Organizations are frequently asking employees to change. It is the nature of the competitive environment we live in today. Despite change being constant in most organizations, we have not gotten better at implementing change and making it stick. In this session, you will learn what makes organizational change so difficult and what you can do to make it easier for everyone.

About our Speaker:
Jennifer Eichenberg is the Founder of Eichenberg & Associates with over 16 years of experience in Change Management consulting. She focuses on engaging teams, while addressing resistance to change and the learning that often needs to accompany change initiatives. Jennifer delivers results by directing seamless change, designing engaging training, and implementing effective communication.
During a change in my personal life, I started exploring the practice of change management. Through my research of the process and what makes it successful or unsuccessful, I realized that my expertise in two decades of training and communications aligns well with consulting in change management. Add in my background in behavioral economics and it was clear that my skills and knowledge could benefit organizations and boost their rate of successful change adoption.
